Star of the small screen lends his talent to Includiverse

If you grew up in the 70s and 80s in the South West he needs no introduction...but for those of you who didn't, it's time to meet the iconic Gus Honeybun! Gus was on our screens from 1961 - 1992 as the star of Gus Honeybun's Magic Birthdays and eventually became the macsot for Westward Television and Television South West. As both are staples of the city of Plymouth we were very excited to meet the legend in person at the Box Museum.

We’re giving Gus Honeybun a reboot into the 21st century. The Includiverse are collaborating with the Box to create an AR avatar to guide visitors through the museum. And who better to fill that role than the star of south west television? This AR avatar will be accessible via our smart glasses solution and allow guests to tailor their visit to suit their needs, whether you are aged seven or seventy four. Filming with Gus is the first step and we hope that using a character such as the bunny himself will provide nostaliga for all the visitors who remember him – and an immediate talking point for those who don’t.

The Includiverse would like to extend a big thank you to the Box for allowing us to use their space to film with Gus. We can't wait to see what the finished product will look like and hope Gus enjoyed his time in the spotlight after all these years.
