Gareth believes that a great story is best told inclusively. His passion for inclusive innovation and storytelling in immersive tech has driven Includiverse to explore new ways of creating and delivering accessible and inclusive digital content to reach and connect with underrepresented audiences. With a background in journalism, broadcasting and filmmaking he's made  a career commitment to championing  and positively communicating diversity and sustainability. 

Inclusivity is at the core of Lizzy's approach. Across all of our projects, she is always available to offer guidance and support, helping to ensure our project work is accessible and has maximum impact. As a vital member of the team, Lizzy brings creativity and foresight to everything she does.

Joel brings a wide range of technical expertise to the Includiverse, working as a researcher, lecturer and has a background with game development and the wider creative industries. Inclusive design and developing tools for accessibility is at the core of his practice, exploring innovative ways to engage audiences with immersive media. Joel works closely with the technical teams across our partners to ensure ease of installation and operation.

Ceri has worked in the media field for over ten years and during this time has developed a passion for amplifying marginalised voices. Always a keen writer, Ceri believes very strongly in the importance of representation through storytelling. Ceri conducts research for the project while managing the website, social media pages and blog posts for the Includiverse

Chris is our in-house VR specialist. As a video editor with over 20 years experience and a solid background in immersive film making, Chris's ability to produce top end content for screens, domes and headsets means we stay ahead of the curve here at the Includiverse.

Mark is an XR industry veteran and Executive Director of the Augmented Reality Enterprise Alliance (AREA). He has worked with global companies and industry alliances to advise on and successfully deploy XR solutions across multiple sectors. Mark supports Includiverse in making experiences more inclusive, accessible, and commercially viable, aligned with its mission to remove barriers and improve access to digital content. With a career spanning AR, VR, and AI, he specialises in turning emerging technologies into practical, real‑world outcomes.
