Includiverse at The Big Creative UK Investment Summit 2026

The Big Creative UK Investment Summit

The Includiverse team value growth, learning and connection. We love to host live tech demonstrations as often as we can but it’s equally valuable to attend an event as a participant and support other creatives. The Big Creative UK Investment Summit was the perfect opportunity to listen to industry professionals, network with other artists and see the talent further afield from all across the South West.

Ego Has to Leave The Room

Host Yasmin Jones-Henry opened the event with a talk about the importance of investment especially in the creative industries, when so many face the same struggles, particularity when it comes to finance. Celebrity guest Giovanna Fletcher was on hand for a fireside chat all about her experiences on and off stage and screen (from appearing in the West End to podcasting with Kate Middleton), followed by an expert panel of investors presented  in the spirit of TV show "Blind-Date". The contributors shared their wisdom on how to navigate the world of grants, investments and loans, with a view to business growth and success.

Investment Money Moves Based on The Stories We Tell

Community was a huge theme throughout the event. Giovanna Fletcher commented on how friendly and communal we are in the South West, and the expert panel made a point of expressing how important it is to make and maintain connections, at any stage of your career. We understand what each other are going through and that support is not to be taken for granted. We excel not only in community but sustainability, and this was demonstrated by all the art on display during the event. These include a solar powered interactive art instillation, children’s books titled with an endangered animals and print-maker vending machines. A wide variety indeed!

The Big Creative UK Investment Summit was a great success and we extend our thanks to Creative UK Cornwall and to the Falmouth Maritime Museum for facilitating the event.
